How long will it take to produce a custom fitted garment?
Typically it will can take 2 - 3 weeks to make a custom fitted garment. However, this does vary dependent on many factors so always ask before ordering as it can often take less time to produce garments.
If I am only passing through the area on holiday how can I order and collect my order?
You can place your order in store and when the product is ready it can be shipped to your forwarding address.
If I order Gift Vouchers over the phone and they are lost in the post what can I do?
If you contact Glendowen Craft Studio with details of the vouchers the lost vouchers can be cancelled and replacement vouchers sent to you.
